  1. TO RECEIVE APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
  2. TO RECEIVE DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

Members are invited to declare personal or prejudicial interests in items on the agenda. It is a requirement of the Parish Councils (Model Code of Conduct) Order 2007 s8 that declarations from a member include the nature of the interest and whether it is personal or prejudicial.      

  1. MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETINGS

To agree that the minutes are a true representation of the meetings or to agree modification as necessary.

       4. COUNTY/DISTRICT COUNCILLORS, COMMUNITY POLICING,     LOCAL ORGANISATIONS, CLUBS AND INDIVIDUALS WITH SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES -– REPORTS / INFORMATION.

To receive reports.

To consider any current requirements with regard to allotments, Playing Field etc

To consider CCTV installation.

To consider progress of replacement of seats on Church Rd/ Beccles Rd corner and opposite Post Office and installation of Planters opposite Post Office.

To consider progress of concrete path on Mill Lane

To progress puddling on Ball Court

To consider suggestion from Allotments & Leisure Gardeners Assn that they manage Allotments

To consider Parish Council application for grant for phase 4 of play area renovation and funding. To consider donating £400+ to cover a shortage in match funding

6. HIGHWAY/TRAFFIC CALMING/FOOTPATH MATTERS

To consider any outstanding Highway/Footpath matters

 

  1. PLANNING

 

To include standard clause on light pollution on all applications

To consider planning application from J, Hoseason,The Gables, Slip Road for the erection of a conservatory

       To receive feedback on current applications or any other planning matters.

  1. CHEQUES /FINANCE

To authorise cheque payments.

 

     9. PARISH PLAN

            To consider progress of proposals resulting from Parish plan

To consider document prepared by Clerk regarding current progress on the Parish Plan proposals.

     10. COMMUNICATION

To consider communications received other than that on circulation. To receive update on   Village Diary and Scrap book.

To consider articles for next newsletter.

     11. GENERAL DISCUSSION

          To discuss items for possible inclusion on a future agenda  

   12. DATE OF NEXT MEETING

THE CHAIRPERSON WILL OPEN THE MEETING FOR A PERIOD OF APPROXIMATELY 15 MINUTES (At the discretion of the Chairperson) FOR MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC TO EXPRESS A VIEW ON AGENDA ITEMS AT THE APPROPRIATE TIME(S). THE PUBLIC ARE WELCOME TO STAY AND OBSERVE THE REST OF THE MEETING.
