RULES
THIS IS AN OPEN SHOW FOR AMATEURS
1. 25p per entry
2. Submission of entry forms preferred by Thursday 23rd June 2011. However late entries will be accepted up to 11.30am on the day of the Show
3. All baking class entries to be presented on plates and covered
4. In the horticultural classes exhibits must be home grown or in the case of pot plants owned by exhibitor for at least 6 weeks prior to the show. All pot plants to be displayed on saucers
5. All exhibits to be free from pests and diseases
6.All exhibits to be handed in at the marquee between 10.30am and 12 noon on Sunday 26th June 2011
7. The marquee will be closed from 12 noon to 1.00pm on the Sunday whilst judging takes place
8. Certificates for 1st 2nd and 3rd places will be awarded and displayed
9. Prize money of £3 for 1st place, £2 for 2nd place, £1 for 3rd place will be awarded in the children’s classes only
10. All exhibits which the exhibitor wishes to retain must be marked (NFS) Those not so marked will be sold
11. The decision of the Judges is, of course, final.
